Steven Scow’s practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactions, business litigation, tax and estate planning. Steve also has extensive experience in bankruptcy and workout proceedings, representing lending institutions, equipment lessors, landlords, and unsecured creditors’ committees. He has served as trial counsel for bench trials, and has argued before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit. Steve has been recognized by his peers as one of the top business litigators in Southern Nevada.
Before attending law school, he earned a master’s degree in tax accounting, which provides additional depth and perspective in serving clients’ needs.
Prior to founding King Scow Koch Durham LLC, Steve began his career with Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP in the firm’s Costa Mesa, California office.
